You have the right to access your data, correct it, request its deletion, limit processing, object to the processing of your personal data and transfer it. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if your data is processed contrary to the provisions of the law.
The data will be processed for the purpose of:
- performance of a contract for the provision of services or sale of products concluded with Clean Global Technology,
- marketing, based on your additional consent, also by means of messages sent to your e-mail address.
Providing data is voluntary. You do not have to fill in the form, but without providing the data, you will not be able to create an account and use the services provided by Clean Global Technology
The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a, b and lit. f GDPR, i.e. this regulation. The Controller’s legitimate interest is marketing of its own services. If you agree to receive additional marketing messages also to your e-mail address, the legal basis will also be Art. 10 of the Act on the provision of electronic services and art. 172 of the Telecommunications Law.
The recipients of personal data are:
- Providers of tools for website traffic analysis, communication with clients, marketing, sending newsletters,
- Companies that host (store) the website and personal data for Clean Global Technology.
Personal data will be processed for the time:
- the duration of the contract for the provision of services by Clean Global Technology, and after its termination for the time necessary to demonstrate the proper performance of this contract. This time corresponds to the length of the limitation period for claims;
- conducting marketing activities by Clean Global Technology. either until you object to the further processing of personal data for marketing purposes, or until you withdraw your consent to send messages to your e-mail address. Revocation of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing before the consent is withdrawn.
Your data will be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area, i.e .:
- to other countries, only on the basis of standard contractual clauses that will oblige the recipient of the data to properly secure it.
- You will have the right to receive a copy of your personal data that will be transferred to such a country.
You have two types of right to object to the processing of your personal data if Clean Global Technology. processes them:
- on the basis of legitimate interests, you can object to reasons related to your particular situation;
- for direct marketing purposes, you can object in any case.
Information clause – contact form on the website
Pursuant to Art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we would like to inform you that:
1) the administrator of your personal data is Clean Global Technology sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Oława, ul. 1 Maja 43B, 55-200 Oława.
2) Your personal data provided in the form are processed on the basis of art. 6 sec.
1 point b) GDPR – to handle the inquiry via the contact form;
3) your personal data will be processed as long as the inquiry is processed via the contact form;
4) Under the terms of generally applicable law, you have the right to: access your personal data, request rectification and deletion of your personal data, limitations, transfer personal data, as well as object to their processing.
5) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, in the event of suspicion of data processing contrary to the provisions of the law.
6) Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to handle the inquiry via the contact form. The consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to contact.
7) Your personal data will be transferred to third parties only in compliance with the obligation resulting from generally applicable law or entities providing Administrator support services.
8) Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, and will not be the basis for profiling.
9) Your personal data will not be transferred outside the EEA or to international organizations.
